Carlos Neto
Carlos Neto has choreographed and directed for Warner Brothers, SyCo Music, Sony BMG, Atlantic Records, Brooklyn Nets, Britain’s Got Talent, Matchbox Twenty, Melanie Martinez, Sergey Lazarev, the Broadway production of Circolombia, The Fringe NYC, ITV’s Got To Dance, Samsung.
In 2014 NYIT Awards presented him with the honor of “Outstanding Choreography/Movement” for his off-broadway work. Worldwide, Carlos has danced for the Dutch show BLAZE; played the role of ‘Sudsy’ in West End’s hit show Some Like It Hip Hop; portrayed John Travolta’s character in the Nintendo video game Grease, and danced for PS3 Sony Dance Star Party. He was featured in the Bloomingdales 2015 commercial in the USA, choreographed Rob Thomas’s come back single “Trust You”, Melanie Martinez’s “Training Wheels” video and was the creative director of the largest dance competition in the world World Of Dance. He is a faculty member at the 3 most prestigious dance schools in NYC – Broadway Dance Center, Alvin Ailey and Peridance. Carlos is one of the selected Expert Contributors.

Tracie Stanfield
Tracie Stanfield is an award-winning choreographer, educator, creative consultant, and the founder/Artistic Director of SynthesisDANCE in New York City. Her work has been commissioned throughout the US, Canada, Mexico, Japan, and Latin America. Her signature voice as a choreographer has helped create and define contemporary lyrical movement in concert and commercial dance. Dance Magazine calls her classes "inspiring'” and the Huffington Post UK says Tracie’s choreography "thrilled and mesmerized with her masterful fusion of contemporary and classical dance forms.”
Tracie’s choreography has been presented throughout NY at Symphony Space, Jazz at Lincoln Center, BAM Fisher, The Duke Theatre, Brooklyn Museum, Rose Nagelberg Theatre, Bryant Park, Brooklyn College, Dixon Place, Brooklyn Music School and Untermyer Park in Yonkers. Internationally, her work has been produced at the Benicassim Dance Festival (Spain), Edinburgh EICC (Scotland), SieteOcho (Mexico City) and Premiero Ato (Brazil). Stage commissions include Tec de Monterrey Universidad, Verismo Opera Company, Tapestry Dance Company, Kilgore Rangerettes, Brooklyn Dance Festival Company and Flux Dance Company, among others.
Beyond her work with the Spirit of Elan Award-winning SynthesisDANCE, Tracie served as the Resident Choreographer for the Booking Dance Festival in Edinburgh, Scotland. She has been regularly featured in Dance Spirit, Dance Teacher and Dance Informa Magazines. She is the Founding Artistic Director of the Brooklyn Dance Festival and serves on the Advisory Board of the Young Choreographers' Festival and various dance organizations that promote the future of dance for all audiences. Tracie is the Educational Advisor for SIETEOCHO, a pre-professional training program in Mexico City.
Jessica McCully
Jessica is the founder and artistic director of Jensen Performing Arts Center FKA Flux Dance Company. She is also the owner/director of Contemporary Dance Studio, which she founded in 2009. Over the past two decades, she has built a reputation for creating innovative, award-winning choreography while training dancers in a wide range of styles. Her work emphasizes strong technical foundations, musicality, and performance quality, and her choreography has earned numerous top honors at regional and national competitions.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Dance Studies from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where she performed in a variety of stage productions and further developed her choreographic voice. Following graduation, she performed professionally as a principal dancer with Royal Caribbean Cruise Line, an experience that continues to influence her dynamic and versatile choreographic style.
Jessica’s teaching career began at Gymcats Academy in Las Vegas, and she has since spent over 20 years educating and mentoring dancers in Iowa. Known for her ability to connect with students and push them artistically, she has choreographed for competitive studios, dance teams, musicals, and concert works throughout the Siouxland area, including the Iowa Barnstormers dance team, Morningside College and the Sioux City Symphony Orchestra. Her students have gone on to receive merit scholarships to collegiate dance programs and prestigious training opportunities, including the Joffrey Ballet School Trainee Program and AMDA.
Through all of her work, Jessica is dedicated to developing confident, versatile dancers and creating meaningful, impactful choreography.

Our Vision
Jensen Performing Arts Center (JPAC) will bring in professionals throughout the country and collaborate with other Siouxland organizations to educate, inspire, and instill passion for the performing arts in our community.
Jensen Performing Arts Center (owned by Flux Dance Company) will be a hub for education, rehearsals and performances as well as a gathering place for meetings, social and cultural events.
